2008 — Indoor – provisionally qualified for NCAA Championships in mile (4:41.07), 3,000 meters (9:20.07), 5,000 meters (16:01.36) and as part of school-record setting distance medley relay (11:20.11)… led team in 5,000 meters… placed 12th in 5,000 meters (16:35.05) at NCAA Championships… placed third in 5,000 meters (16:02.96) and eighth in 3,000 meters (9:28.39) and anchored ninth-place distance medley relay (12:10.45) at Big Ten Championships… her best 3,000 and 5,000 meter time rank third in school history… Outdoor – Big Ten 5,000-meter champion (16:24.21)… automatically qualified for NCAA Championships in 10,000 meters with the school-record setting 33:17.01 she ran at Stanford Invite… earned Big Ten Women[apos]s Track Athlete of the Week honors for that performance… also set 3,000 meters school record of 9:18.82 at Iowa Invite… ran lead leg on school-record setting 6,400-meter relay (19:15.42) at Drake Relays… qualified for NCAA Midwest Regional in 5,000 meters (15:59.39)… placed third in 10,000 meters (16:24.21) at Big Ten meet… Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award recipient… letterwinner.

2006 — Cross Country – all-American placing eighth (21:05) at NCAA Championships… NCAA Midwest Regional Champion, winning the 6,000-meter race in a then-school record-setting 20:34… also won Hawkeye Open (9:47-3,000 meters) and Auburn Invite (16:10-5,000 meters) with school record-setting times… named Big Ten Women[apos]s Cross Country Runner of the Week (Oct. 3) for her performance at Auburn… set Ashton Cross Country Course 3,000-meter record (9:47) at Hawkeye Open… placed 16th at Big Ten Championships (21:16) and 63rd at NCAA pre-nationals (21:17)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.
